Shipping and Returns
All online sales are final. However, in the event that an item arrives damaged, we can facilitate an exchange for the item ordered free of charge. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and facilitate a replacement being sent.
Cancelling an Order
To cancel a recent order please email@example.com at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As such, we are unable to cancel or change requests once the order has entered the shipping process. Personalized books can not be returned or exchanged.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Sales Tax is collected only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently this only includes New York, California, Colorado and Texas.
We strive to ship all orders within one business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon EST will be shipped by the following Monday. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped.
We offer flat rate FedEx Ground shipping for all items under 25lbs, our flat rate shipping fee is $15.00. Items weighing over 25lbs incur a surcharge.
Charlotte Moss, LLC is pleased to offer international shipping to any destination worldwide.
Charlotte Moss packages are shipped via Federal Express international shipping service. Delivery can take place in 3-5 business days. Orders are usually picked packed and ready to ship within two business days of placing an order. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.
