At 3pm “Mentorship Matters” begins; Charlotte will discuss how mentorship matters, both for building a successful business – and preparing junior associates to spread their wings. She will be joined by two of her former assistant designers, Max Sinsteden and Lynde Easterlin, as well as by Ralph Lauren Home alum and New Trad designer Dan Mazzarini, who will discuss what they learned from their mentors prepared them for launching their own successful design businesses.
